The Octagon Triad is a Triad based in Seattle. It's affiliated with the Red Dragon Association. The triad is losing ground to the Yellow Lotus. Their stronghold is in Little Asia in Tacoma. They are the main distributors of black market weapons in Seattle and are into smuggling opiates.[1] In addition they smuggle various types of contraband through the Port of Tacoma.[2]
They have few operations outside of Little Asia, but they dominate it and viciously protect their turf. It's an extremely superstitious Triad, especially when in regards to feng shui. If one sabotages the flow of qi within an Octagon neighborhood or base it, especially via the use of arson, it demoralizes their foot soldiers.[3]
