Extraterritoriality in the AGS

In Germany corporate extraterritoriality is regulated by the Passau Treaties of 2011 and the AGS constitution of 2045.
Extraterritoriality is automatically granted to all AAA Megacorporations and companies owned 100% by AAAs.
Smaller corporations can apply for extraterritoriality and a governmental office decides whether to grant it or not.
Known extraterritorial German corporations are AGC, FBV and Proteus.
