Phoenix Triad
The Phoenix Lodge is a Triad based in the Canton Confederation.
Overview[]
The Phoenix Lodge is the strongest Triad in the northeast part of the Canton Confederation and are a criminal power in Shanghai and several of the Coastal Provinces. Women dominate the top tier of the Triad and it is allied with the White Lotus Society.[1]
Criminal Enterprises[]
Racketeering and Matrix crime is their strongest activity.[2] One of their rackets is prostitution, in which they run high-class call girls. Since their allies the White Lotus specialize in brothels and street walkers, there is no potential conflict between the two in that racket. The Phoenix Lodge also specializes in white collar crime.[1]
