Pomona District
Pomona is a district in Los Angeles.
Pomona is divided from the rest of Los Angeles by the Covina Floodwall. During the flooding brought about by the "Twins" earthquake, the city of Covina acted like a breakwater for the debris that the flood was carrying. West Covina become a massive floodwall.
Pomona is currently populated by those too poor to leave. It's full of huge refugee camps made of pre-fab structures. A giant shantytown where the people are bitter and have no hope.[1]
