Ray Martinez is the President of the Caribbean League.
He was born in 2044 to Carlos Martinez and his mother was a practitioner of voodoo. His father died in 2052 and Ray fell out of the public eye. He laid low and started to make connections with government and corporations until he finally made a grand public spectacle by challenging his Uncle for the presidency of the Caribbean League in 2067. Ray won without competition as his uncle died mysteriously by falling and drowning.
