Rizal Fei is the Dragonhead of the Ten Thousand Lions Triad.
Rizal Fei is a half-Han Chinese and half-Filipino Ork. He was a Sheung Fa (Double Flower) in the Yellow Lotus, which was one of the officers sent to establish new branches. At the conclusion of the long, bloody and bitter Red Dragon-Yellow Lotus War, he was the only Yellow Lotus officer who survived the war.
He managed to bring together the scattered remnants of the Yellow Lotus gangs to build up the 10,000 Lions, becoming its Shan Chu (Dragonhead). Rizal Fei interacts directly with the street level soldiers and does not bother with business fronts to present a humble image. He is a hands-on boss, who is personally holding the Ten Thousand Lions together.[1]
