Rosa Azul is the captain of the Los Angeles chapter of the Ancients.
Rosa Azul is the female elf captain of the local chapter of the Ancients go-gang. She has long blue hair which covers a half-eaten ear and with her unearthly beauty is a favorite of the media in Los Angeles. The woman has extensive connections among the dominant corporations in Los Angeles (especially Horizon) and numerous drug dealer contacts throughout both the California Free State and Tir Tairngire.
Under her leadership she turned the Ancients into the Olaya Cartel's main distributor along the North-South corridor of the I-5 highway from Los Angeles to Seattle. She commands 75 gangers in the Los Angeles chapter.[1]
