San Fernando Valley is a district in Los Angeles.
San Fernando Valley is the home of smaller entertainment corps and independent media. The earthquakes heavily damaged the area but the flood inflicted less damage here than in the rest of LA. Due to reconstruction there are small pristine hubs of high rises which are surrounded by rougher communities. In Los Angeles, people who aren't rich and still live west of the Covina Floodwall, live in the SFV. They inhabit densely populated housing enclaves consisting of sprawling, low-rent apartments and closely-packed high-rises.[1]
