The Si Peng Family is a family-based Tong in the city of Nottingham in the United Kingdom.
The Si Peng Family is a Tong that is structured in a similar fashion to the Mafia. It's members are expert martial arts, preferring it to the use of firearms. A good number of them are physical adepts. The Tong is notorious for its cruelty, the use of torture for the extraction of information, and to instill fear in their extortion targets.[1]
Like the other Tongs in the UK, it's involved in drug dealing, gambling, BTL chips, guns, bioware, prostitution, and extortion.[2] It's focus is on establishing commercial monopolies via the application of violence. Businesses which resist will see them publicly attacked with Tong soldiers carrying hacking weapons or they will be firebombed.[1] The Nottingham Tong coordinates and organizes with the Manchester Tong of the Xiao Ziang Family. In 2048 AD, agents of the Tong slaughtered 32 members of an Indian crime family in an incident now known as the Hirwani Massacre.[3]
