The Silent P's were a gang based in Seattle.
The Silent P's were an elf gang in the Puyallup. They hated orks and were at war with the Black Rains, the hatred between the two gangs went as far back as the Night of Rage. [1] The gang was shattered by gang wars and its remnants became the Seattle chapter of the Princes of the Blood.
