The Sixty-Six Dragons is a Triad based in the city of Havana in the Caribbean League.
The Sixty-Six Dragons is a syndicate in Havana which dominates the human trafficking trade in the Caribbean and fiercely protects its primacy. The organization has connections to both the communist dictatorship in Henan back in China and with the communist policlub Fraternidad Verdadera on the island of Cuba.
