Terasca (aka the Crime Dragon) is am adult sea dragon (Leviathan?) whom awakened in March 7, 2079 in the swamps around Crescent City near New Orleans. Upon awakening, Terasca attemped to subjegate the locals. However Perianwyr was coincidently in the area for Mardi Gras, and was able to talk down Terasca and explain the current state of the Sixth World. Terasca bought a local plantation and a small army of meta human servants. Terasca appears to have an interest in the Matrix and illegal activities.
Personality
Terasca is short tempared and has little concern about killing metahumans that anger the dragon.

Terasca is refered to in third person as it. Which may imply that Terasca may not have a gender or possibly not follow traditional binary gender identity.
