Twenty-Eight Cranes

The Twenty-Eight Cranes is a triad which followed Chinese immigrants to Chile after the fragmentation of China into rival states. The Twenty-Eight Cranes established itself in the city of Santiago and has been on the offensive recently, taking over a larger share of the city's underworld and expanding to the Chilean north. Lung the Great Eastern Dragon backs the triad.

They are also in the state of Burma, where it is at the top of the criminal pyramid. Competition from rival syndicates has increased, forcing the 28 Cranes to fight to retain their prominent position.
