The Lord Protector, Edward Arthur Charles Gordon-Windsor (1994), is the most powerful man in England and a powerful druid. The Lord Protector's Offices controlls the administration, education, the licensing of Magic users and Cyberware and the national security. His main rival is George VIII, popular with the public, who sold himself to corporate bankers in his desperation to become the next King of England.
