The Vladivostok Vory are the Vory syndicates based in the city of Vladivostok in Russia.

Due to the distances involved, the Vladivostok Vory have mostly been left to do their own thing by the Moscow Vory, as long as the revenue kept coming. They leave them to run their own affairs.[1] The Vory in that city almost destroyed themselves in a bitter war between them in 2046-2048. Due to the fighting, the Seoulpa Rings and to a lesser degree the Triads were able to establish a foothold and entrench themselves in the Russian Far East.[2]

In 2072, a civil war started between the pro-Siberian Vory (Burugar Yunngart) and the nationalist Vory ("Bloody" Otsana Kovalenko). Exploiting the infighting among the Vory, the Triads and Seoulpa Rings made inroads into the smuggling rackets and secured nearly all wireless crime in the region.[3] Eventually, the third Vory was dragged into the bloody civil war, ending in victory for Otsana Kovalenko whom was the last one standing and supreme Vory of Vladivostok (aka, the Red Queen or the Queen of the Far East).[4][5]
