The Vladivostok Vory War was a mob war between rival Vory syndicates in the city of Vladivostok in Russia from 2046-2048.
In 2046, the Vory tzar Viktor Artrovskiy in a bid to become the top tzar in the city had the current ruling tzar Aleksandr Putorin assassinated. The Vory almost wiped each other out in the bitter war that followed.
The consequences were major, in that foreign syndicates were able to take advantage of the fighting. The Triads gained a foothold in Vladivostok and the Koreans became a major power, the 2nd strongest syndicate in the region.[1]
