The Xavier Foundation is an organization that was set up in the 1980s to help elven spike babies by Sean Laverty. Alumni include Dodger and Estios.

- According to The Forever Drug the foundation existed at the beginning of the 20th century and was closed in the 1920s. In contrast Tir Tairngire talks about the "turn of the century" referring to the 21st century. (The Forever Drug pp.254-255 -- tt p.50)
