The Yen Yen is Hong Kong's underground.
Yen Yen are the Catacombs of Hong Kong. It's a network of tunnels and canals full of pawnshops, boutique hotels, bars, and opium caves. One finds drug dealers, chip dealers, and shadowrunners doing business in the Yen Yen. It's controlled by the Jade Empress and her Jade Warriors, and each of the major Triads has a presence down there, each doing business in a part of the tunnels which their guards constantly guard.
