Zheng Li Kwan is the boss of the Yellow Lotus Triad in Seattle.
Zheng Li Kwan, emigrated from Hong Kong to Seattle where he took control of the local lodge of the Yellow Lotus Triad in 2061. He proved to be an effective leader by reorganizing the lodge and doubling its size through aggressive recruiting, with a special focus on metahumans, and most of those recruited among metahumanity were Orks. He's a strong believer in mystical traditions and is a physical adept. Some of his revealed abilities include the ability to snap steel with his bare hands and being able to kill you simply by touch.[1] He also has the rank of Sheung Fa (Double Flower) in the Ten Thousand Lions Triad, which is the rank of those sent out to establish new branches.[2]
